NoDoze, Metabolife, Cigarettes, and Mountain Dew. That's how I got through freshman year. Hmm. Maybe it's because my parents didn't buy me a spiritual guru accessory. Damn parents!

I'm reluctant to let my kids have retakes, let alone touch-ups. They always have their hair sticking up or a booger in their nose or their eyes closed in real life. Why should school photos be any different?
Photos of myself, however, will definitely be edited before they are released. It's that cool mommy double standard that I embrace because, well, I said so. :-)
